These programs include field trips, panels, workshops, and masterclasses. Every participant is afforded one-on-one consultations and their program is uniquely constructed based on their individual goals. Special opportunities give participants an inside look into their industry of choice.

 

By integrating relevant interactions with college environments, participants are able to develop connections with young professionals in related fields. Each program aligns opportunities with college and career readiness standards so students feel empowered. During this process, we are able to provide life skill practice in an internship-type setting with placements alongside successful, young professionals.

 

The ability to prepare focused engagements allows an easy transition for individuals to engage with their futures. Their eagerness develops naturally as we light a path of opportunities that support their desires. For many participants, our programs save time and money that would normally be invested in a college before realizing a true career path.
